Terms of Use
Effective September 14, 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of CramLoop. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use CramLoop lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
Educational service
CramLoop provides assessment, practice, study, reporting, and content-sharing tools. CramLoop does not guarantee a particular grade, certification result, license, admission decision, employment outcome, or other result.
Accounts and responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting account access, and using the service only for authorized educational purposes. Teachers are responsible for the tests, questions, hints, assignments, grading settings, due dates, and materials they create or distribute.
School and minor use
Schools, districts, teachers, parents, and guardians are responsible for determining whether a student is authorized to use CramLoop and whether any parental consent, district approval, or data-processing agreement is required. CramLoop may be used as a service provider supporting educational activities when authorized by the appropriate school or user.
Student use and academic integrity
Students must follow teacher, school, testing, and academic-integrity rules that apply to them. CramLoop features must not be used to obtain, distribute, reconstruct, or misuse confidential or proprietary testing material.
User content
You retain responsibility for content you submit. You must have the rights or permission needed to upload, copy, share, or distribute that content. Do not upload confidential exam items, stolen materials, unlawful content, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
Shared and Verified content
Teacher-created shared resources remain distinct from CramLoop Verified resources. CramLoop may review, moderate, remove, update, or decline shared content. Verification means CramLoop has intentionally reviewed a resource for its stated learning goal; it does not imply endorsement by an exam provider, regulator, school, or licensing authority unless expressly stated.
Privacy and student data
Use of personal information is governed by the CramLoop Privacy Policy. CramLoop does not sell student personal information or use student information for targeted advertising. Schools may contact CramLoop regarding reasonable privacy, security, or student-data review requirements.
Availability and changes
Features may change as CramLoop develops. We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or protection of users and the platform.
Payments
Paid features, subscriptions, practice passes, teacher commerce, refunds, fees, and revenue-share terms are governed by any checkout terms presented when those features are activated. Payment functionality is not represented as available until it is actually enabled in the product.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for material violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, security abuse, academic-integrity abuse, infringement, or misuse of CramLoop.
Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Educational content can contain errors or become outdated. Users should verify high-stakes licensing, regulatory, and exam requirements with the applicable official authority.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the product and legal requirements evolve. Material revisions will be posted with an updated effective date.
